A rapidly growing 503A specialty compounding pharmacy is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing / Special Events / Social Media Specialist to drive brand visibility, event presence, and digital growth. Reporting jointly to executive leadership, you will serve as the commercial engine behind field marketing collateral, conference activations, and educational content streams across personalized medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapies, and functional wellness.

Job Responsibilities:
- You will lead end-to-end event planning, budget tracking, and vendor coordination for major functional medicine, anti-aging, and compounding conferences (e.g., A4M, AMMG, PCCA events, state medical societies).
- Manage trade show booth logistics, branded merchandise, print orders, lead-retrieval systems, and on-site brand presence.
- Responsible for maintaining an active content calendar and publish compliant, engaging organic content across Linked In, Instagram, and digital channels to educate prescribers, clinics, and patients.
- You will design high-impact 503A sales sheets, prescriber education one-pagers, custom formulation guides, digital brochures, and event handouts for commercial field teams.
- Maintain strict brand integrity while adhering to commercial, clinical, and data-handling compliance guidelines—ensuring all content stays within FDA, 503A, and HIPAA standards.
Job Requirements:
- You should have 2–4+ years of hands‑on marketing, event coordination, or social media experience within a 503A compounding pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, functional wellness clinic, medspa, or pharmaceutical setting.
- Familiarity with compounding concepts (BHRT, peptide therapies, sterile/non‑sterile preparations, prescriber marketing, functional medicine) is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success coordinating live medical conferences, vendor contracts, exhibit booths, and on‑site logistics.
- Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software to produce polished, compliant collateral and social assets.
- Willingness and ability to travel for regional/national conferences and on‑site company activations.
Why apply?
- Serve as the dedicated internal problem‑solver for the entire field organization.
