Next Up Talent is a fast-growing marketing company based in Uptown Houston. We partner with leading organizations and brands to create engaging customer experiences through promotional events, community activations, face-to-face marketing campaigns, and outreach initiatives

As an Event Marketing Associate
, you will:

• Represent client brands at promotional events, community activations, and marketing campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and create positive, memorable brand experiences
• Assist with the setup, execution, and promotion of marketing events
• Learn how to effectively communicate brand messaging and connect with different audiences
• Build strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Work closely with a team to achieve event and campaign goals
• Provide feedback and reporting on customer engagement and campaign performance
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as you develop

Previous experience in event marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or marketing is a plus, but not required. We provide the training you need to succeed.
