Key Responsibilities
Nancy's Personal Brand (@)
- Support day-to-day content strategy and story posting for Nancy's personal account
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, events, and day-in-the-life content that reflects Nancy's voice and lifestyle
- Help maintain a consistent, elevated presence that builds Nancy's personal brand alongside the company brand
- Support content creation, editing, and posting across @nanproperties and related brand accounts
- Assist with story coverage for listings, events, agent spotlights, and company milestones
- Help maintain consistency across NAN Leasing and Women in PowHER content
- Create and edit photo and video content optimized for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms
- Repurpose long-form content into Stories, Reels, and short-form clips
- Maintain a cohesive visual and editorial style aligned with brand standards
- Monitor social media trends, audio, and formats relevant to real estate, luxury lifestyle, and Houston culture
- Bring forward timely content ideas and adapt trending formats to fit brand voice
- Track platform algorithm changes and best practices to keep content performing
- Attend company events, listings, and community activations to capture real-time content
- Post live Stories and highlights during events to drive engagement and visibility
- Coordinate with the marketing team on event content plans in advance
- Support a social content calendar across all accounts
- Schedule stories using social media management tools (clickup)
- Ensure timely, consistent posting cadence across platforms
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (real estate or luxury lifestyle experience a plus)
- Strong photography and videography skills, with proficiency in editing tools (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere/Lightroom, Canva, or similar)
- Deep familiarity with Instagram, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms, including Stories, Reels, and native engagement features
- A sharp eye for trends and the ability to translate them into on-brand content quickly
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple content calendars and accounts at once
- Flexibility to attend events outside standard business hours as needed
- Strong written communication skills and an intuitive sense for tone and voice across different accounts
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Nancy's personal account and brand accounts feel active, current, and authentically on voice
- Events are consistently documented and shared in real time
- Content stays ahead of trends rather than reacting to them
- Posting and scheduling run smoothly with minimal gaps or missed opportunities
