About the Role

We are seeking a Communications Lead Analyst to support strategic communications for AES' US Renewables & Power portfolio. In this role, you will help strengthen AES' reputation as a trusted energy partner and industry leader by developing compelling communications that connect with a wide range of stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Communications, you will contribute to project communications, media relations, digital communications, thought leadership initiatives, and stakeholder engagement programs across priority markets. This is an exciting opportunity to influence communications strategies that support the development of renewable energy projects with long‑term positive impact.

You will collaborate with colleagues across business functions, helping translate complex industry and project information into clear, engaging, and credible communications. Success in this role comes from strong communication skills, sound judgment, curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Support AES' external communications strategy, helping strengthen the company's reputation as an innovative, responsible, and trusted energy leader.
