Savage is seeking a driven account support role to assist on a large B2B manufacturing client. This role will support the internal execution of integrated marketing programs. In this role you will be the support arm for the account team by providing day-to-day internal coordination of marketing activities for a large client, ensuring project timelines and deadlines are met. You will also manage billing and budget management and reconciliation.
This role will report to the client Account Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities Client Support & Relationship ManagementServe as a key internal contact for the client team, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up on project needs and deliverables.
Support senior account leads in aligning marketing programs with client objectives and brand strategy.
Manage and track timelines, budgets, and project outcomes.
Contribute to client presentations, status reports, and performance updates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate and track multiple marketing projects across digital, content, and creative work streams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate closely with account, creative, strategy, and media teams to manage deliverables and maintain workflow efficiency.
Assist in managing the development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, content, paid, and social channels.
Monitor campaign performance and compile reports summarizing metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations.
Manage project documentation including briefs, timelines, budgets, and meeting notes to maintain alignment across internal and client teams.
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff between account/strategy, creative, and production phases.
Support account and project management leadership in resource planning, scheduling, and project scoping.
Help manage vendor relationships and coordinate asset delivery, production schedules, and approvals.
Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, foster collaboration, and enhance client service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project/account management.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing, advertising or public relations agency required.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, or integrated marketing initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with project management tools (ie Basecamp, Mondays, Asana).
Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics such as paid media, social media, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from senior team members while contributing to team success.
Intermediate Excel proficiency.
Algebraic proficiency related to account balancing.
Experience with marketing automation tools preferred (ie Hubspot, Salesforce, etc) a plus.
Experience with Word Press a plus.
Experience with social media channels (Linked In, X/Twitter, Meta) a plus.
Experience in Adobe/Canva a plus.
Collaborative and resourceful problem solver.
