Client Events & Marketing Specialist

We’re partnering with a leading industry law firm to find a talented Client Events & Marketing Specialist for their Houston office. This Hybrid position provides an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, coordinate high-profile client events, and support business development efforts in a dynamic environment.

• Collaborate with leadership to craft and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with local priorities and practice areas.
• Lead the planning and execution of various client-facing events, including seminars, receptions, and hybrid programs, ensuring seamless on-site and virtual delivery.
• Oversee the management of event logistics, from vendor sourcing and venue selection to registration and on-site coordination.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, proposals, and the firm’s website to support local initiatives and external engagement.
• Prepare reports analyzing event outcomes, ROI, and providing insights for future strategies.

• 4+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or events within a professional services or law firm environment.
• Proven ability to plan and execute strategic events and marketing activities effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems and event platforms such as Cvent preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Must be available to work in-office 3–4 days per week and support events outside regular hours.
