S&B is hiring a Graphic Designer to join its in-house Marketing and Communications team. Graphic and visual design plays a key role in advancing S&B’s marketing and communications strategy as a leading full-service EPC provider. In this position, the Graphic Designer will create and produce high-quality and engaging visual communications across a range of creative projects: marketing communications collateral, advertisements/campaigns, brand identity, email newsletters and event creative.

This role works closely with cross-functional teams to develop designs that meet business needs while also communicating the brand, channel, and message effectively. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in corporate graphic design, the creative design process, and strong project management and organization skills.

Four-year bachelor’s degree in design or related field (Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, etc.).

• 5+ years of applied graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing or communications setting.
• Proven experience in graphic design across a variety of mediums, including print, digital and email formats.
• Photo and video experience, including planning and post-production, is a plus.
• Online portfolio required showcasing your design concepts and application mples should include advertising, social media (static and animated), event theme and marketing collateral.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Understanding of print and video production process and related vendors.
• Expert knowledge of graphic design fundamentals/processes and strong attention to detail.
• Strong background in corporate and brand identity guidelines.
