We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support and strengthen our professional brand, digital presence, and client-facing experience. This position is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys managing content, social media, branding, photography, promotional materials, and client events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual presentation and understand the importance of maintaining a polished, consistent, and professional brand within a wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Content- Manage and maintain the firm’s online presence, including website coordination and social media platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and distribute blog posts and social media content.
- Develop content that reflects the firm’s expertise, values, and client-focused approach.
- Coordinate photography and visual content for social media and digital platforms.
- Assist with organic social media promotion and basic paid advertising coordination.
- Maintain consistency across digital channels and client-facing communications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the firm’s logo, visual identity, and brand standards.
- Ensure consistent use of branding across digital platforms, printed materials, promotional items, and client communications.
- Manage branded merchandise and promotional materials, including apparel and event items.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for printing, promotional products, photography, and other marketing needs.
- Assist with advertising initiatives focused on brand awareness and event promotion.
- Coordinate and execute client appreciation events, holiday gatherings, and other firm-hosted events.
- Manage event logistics, invitations, vendor communication, and on-site support.
- Coordinate event photography and visual documentation.
- Assist with creating post-event content for social media and other marketing channels.
- Work closely with leadership, advisors, and client service teams to ensure a professional and memorable client experience.
- Maintain organized digital libraries of approved photos, logos, templates, marketing materials, and other brand assets.
- Maintain content calendars and event timelines.
- Track basic engagement and performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
- Prepare simple reports and updates for leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external marketing vendors.
- Handle firm and client-related information with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Previous experience in marketing, brand management, social media, content creation, communications, or event coordination
. - Experience in financial services, wealth management, professional services, or a similar professional environment is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for professional visual presentation.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with basic design, photography, and digital asset-management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with leadership, advisors, clients, and outside vendors.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Compensation: $45,000–$50,000 annually
