Aegon Business Consulting is hiring a Direct Marketing Specialist to join our Houston team. This is a full-time, entry-level position for someone who likes working with people, wants to learn, and is looking for a company where they can grow.

You don't need a marketing degree or years of experience. We provide training and show you the ropes.

• Help with marketing and promotional campaigns
• Work directly with customers and represent our clients professionally
• Assist with sales and customer outreach
• Help with events, promotions, and local marketing activities
• Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
• Work with the team to hit daily and weekly goals
• Learn how campaigns are run and how to track results
• Help with day-to-day marketing and business operations
• Take on more responsibility as you gain experience

• Good with people and comfortable starting conversations
• Reliable and willing to learn
• Positive, outgoing, and motivated
• A team player who can also work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Interested in marketing, sales, business, or leadership

Previous experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, sales, sports, or other people-focused jobs is a plus, but it's not required.
