By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to reshape how the world learns and applies skills—and help millions of people participate in the new economy. Bring your ideas, expertise, and perspective to meaningful work that can make a difference at global scale.

About this role

You’ll help build and engage Coursera’s global learner community across organic social channels, sitting at the intersection of social strategy, audience engagement, learner advocacy, and brand storytelling. You’ll partner closely with Social, Brand, Content, Learner Support, PR/Comms, and external agency partners to ensure Coursera shows up with a timely, thoughtful, and learner-centered voice.

You’ll also identify learners with compelling stories, build a pipeline for follow-up, and help translate community conversations into content opportunities, testimonials, and strategic insights.

  • Partner with Learner Support, Social, Brand, Content, PR/Comms, Legal, and agency teams to elevate sensitive issues, align on messaging, and ensure community interactions reflect Coursera’s brand and values
