About the role

Our client, a B2B company in Houston, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead its paid media strategy and drive measurable growth. This person will manage multichannel campaigns and significant budgets, and will be accountable for acquisition results. The ideal candidate is data-driven, test-oriented, and confident owning performance from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

+ Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta ad, and Linkedin Ads

+ Manage monthly media budgets and forecast spend against performance goals

+ Own acquisition KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CPL, and conversion volume

+ Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies

+ Partner with creative teams on ad copy, visuals, and landing page testing

+ Run continuous A/B tests on creative, bidding strategies, and audiences

+ Ensure accurate conversion tracking and pixel implementation with analytics partners

+ Report on performance and present insights and recommendations to leadership

+ Manage agency or vendor relationships where applicable

Requirements

Qualifications

+ 5-8 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, with at least 2 years managing campaigns independently

+ Proven experience managing budgets.

+ Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager;
Linked In Ads experience for B2B roles

+ Strong working knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking

+ Track record of improving CPA and ROAS through testing and optimization

+ Excellent analytical and communication skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
