Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing project management tasks and offering strategic content creation for property marketing materials. You will coordinate property marketing projects from concept through delivery and create compelling marketing materials that support leasing and sales efforts. This role works closely with brokers, marketing professionals, graphic designers, researchers, and other internal partners to develop high-quality marketing campaigns and collateral, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, websites, and other property marketing materials.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the development and execution of property marketing campaigns from initial concept through final delivery, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, websites, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with brokers, marketing team members, graphic designers, researchers, and other stakeholders to gather information, refine messaging, and deliver high-quality marketing materials.
• Assist in managing property marketing projects, ensuring materials are completed accurately, on schedule, and aligned with established branding and quality standards.
• Develop, edit, proofread, and quality-check marketing content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand compliance.
• Assist with maintaining marketing libraries, templates, standard collateral, and other shared marketing resources.
• Produce and edit marketing deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other marketing technologies.
• Provide support for office, team, and market-level marketing initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
