For our client, we are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager, Network Observability to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own integrated demand generation strategy and execution for a global software audience, with a strong emphasis on pipeline creation, campaign performance, and measurable impact. You will partner closely with sales, events, content, operations, and regional stakeholders to deliver coordinated programs that support revenue growth.
The position also calls for a highly analytical marketer who can optimize multi-channel campaigns, strengthen attribution, and improve the effectiveness of demand programs across the funnel.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities- Develop a data-driven campaign strategy to support global sales goals
- Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns while coordinating with internal teams
- Plan and manage the demand generation webinar program, including promotions and technical setup
- Formulate marketing strategies across multiple sales channels
- Support event tracking and execution to maximize engagement
- Connect marketing activities to lead generation through attribution reporting
- QC and manage campaigns in marketing automation and CRM tools
- Execute email nurtures and invitations for product launches and events
- Adopt an experimental approach to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and schedules
- Design region-specific demand generation initiatives
- Provide reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders
- Document workflows for project management transparency
- 5-7 years of experience in multi-channel integrated campaign development
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in a metrics-driven marketing culture
- Ability to manage overlapping projects with strong attention to detail
- Experience in a B2B software marketing environment
- Familiarity with multiple sales channels is a plus
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Hub Spot
- Experience in content marketing and demo automation tools preferred
- Background in strategizing and executing email nurtures
- Experience managing webinars and event promotions
- Flexibility to work independently and in teams
- Strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with marketing attribution reporting preferred
- Interest in using AI in marketing processes
