We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-oriented Events Associate to support charitable organizations through community events, fundraising initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
The Events Associate will play an important role in helping plan, coordinate, and execute successful charity events and community outreach activities. This position involves working directly with event attendees, nonprofit representatives, community members, vendors, and internal team members to create positive experiences and increase awareness and support for charitable causes.
The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, comfortable interacting with the public, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No previous nonprofit or event-planning experience is required. Training is provided.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination & Execution
- Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach activities
- Help coordinate event logistics before, during, and after each event
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including promotional materials, displays, tables, signage, and supplies
- Ensure event areas are organized, professional, and welcoming to attendees
- Help maintain event schedules and ensure activities stay on track
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all event responsibilities are completed efficiently
- Assist with registration, check-in, guest engagement, and event support
- Help address attendee questions and provide information about the charity and its initiatives
- Support event hosts, nonprofit representatives, and campaign leaders as needed
- Interact with attendees and community members in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate the public about charitable organizations, their missions, and current campaigns
- Encourage community participation and support
- Assist with donor engagement and fundraising activities during events
- Build positive relationships with community members, supporters, and event attendees
- Represent the charity and its mission in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each event
- Assist with promotional activities designed to increase event attendance and community awareness
- Help distribute promotional materials and campaign information
- Support social and community-based promotional initiatives when applicable
- Assist with outreach to potential attendees and community supporters
- Help create an engaging and positive atmosphere at charity events
- Communicate campaign messaging accurately and professionally
- Maintain event materials, supplies, and promotional inventory
- Assist with event schedules, checklists, and organizational documents
- Track attendance, donor engagement, and other event-related information when required
- Help communicate event updates and important information to team members
- Provide feedback following events to help improve future campaigns
- Complete additional administrative and event-related tasks as needed

Entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and individuals looking to build experience in events, marketing, nonprofit work, or communications are encouraged to apply.
Compensation$800–$1,200 per week
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, responsibilities, performance, and campaign structure.
