Mortgage Services Coordinator

Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for Mortgage Services Coordinator for a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This is an onsite position.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Mortgage Services Coordinator will manage mortgage servicing operations, reconciliations, and homeowner communications while maintaining accurate, audit-ready records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The Coordinator will support loan modifications, delinquencies, and payoffs while collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and process efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage mortgage servicing and loan administration processes
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
• Support loan modifications, delinquencies, and payoffs
• Communicate empathetically with homeowners and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records using internal mortgage systems
• Assist with audits and other compliance-related documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in mortgage servicing, loan administration, or accounting
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
