Volunteer: Logistics & Fulfillment Architect

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.

We'd like to connect with a pro bono consultant who can help us with a practical supply chain and logistics plan to launch the gift shop using Forthwall as the preferred product source. The deliverables will include recommended ordering and fulfillment workflows, simple SOPs for working with Forthwall, receiving/shipping checklists, and a launch checklist.

A reliable gift shop supply chain will help create a sustainable revenue stream that supports The Faisal Foundation’s mission to improve access to life‑saving cleft and craniofacial care and partner child development programs. Volunteers will directly enable better services for children and families in underserved communities.

We have identified Forthwall as our preferred supplier and are ready to collaborate with a volunteer to scope timelines, product selection, and handoffs.
