We are seeking a Manager of the Freestanding Emergency Room to ensure high quality, efficient care for all patients. This role requires leadership, nursing expertise, and a commitment to patient care excellence.

• Initiate, guide, and direct the coordination of all functions for the emergency room.
• Serve as a resource for staff and assist with education of nursing staff.
• Assume responsibility for overall quality of nursing care in the emergency room.
• Make decisions regarding departmental activities in collaboration with the director in unusual situations.

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Preferred 1 year of leadership experience.
• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license in Texas or multi‑state compact license (TX RN within 90 days).
• Current American Heart Association BLS/ACLS certification.
• TNCC and PALS required.
