X, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, is seeking fitness‑conscious, wellness‑oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to support a planned expansion of clinical offerings and a rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

Mid‑Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido).

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing without disciplinary actions
• Current DEA license – REQUIRED
• Must be able to train Monday‑Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours

We offer 2 full weeks of paid training.

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

This position will primarily be scheduled to PRN in North Houston and will float to Woodlands, Spring, Atascocita, Kingwood, Vintage Park, and Cypress.

Weekday shifts are $65 per hour. Saturdays are $400 per 4‑hour shift, with a minimum of 2 per month and 3 Saturday shifts for 5 Saturday‑week months.
