This is an on-site opportunity supporting a busy OB/GYN physician practice environment.

** Primary Responsibilities*
* - Answer and manage incoming patient phone calls, addressing clinical questions and concerns

- Monitor and manage provider in-baskets, including responding to patient messages and coordinating care needs

- Triage patients via phone and electronic communications to determine urgency and appropriate level of care

- Provide clinical guidance and education to OB/GYN patients based on established protocols

- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely within the EMR system

- Coordinate prescriptions, referrals, lab orders, and follow-up care as needed

- Maintain compliance with departmental policies, quality standards, and safety regulations

- Participate in team meetings and support overall clinic workflow

** Qualifications*
* - Active  
** Registered Nurse (RN)
** license required

- Previous desk nurse experience  
** OR
* * OB/GYN clinical experience required

- Strong triage skills and ability to assess patient needs over the phone

- Experience working in a fast-paced physician practice environment preferred

- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

- OB/GYN experience strongly preferred and will set candidates apart

** Pay Details:**  $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
