About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in Anesthesiology for a 60-day locum tenens assignment at a clinic in Texas. The assignment begins on 11/03/2025, with flexible shift options including days or nights, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, and weekend coverage. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a wide range of cases including Endoscopy/GI, Orthopedics, General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Radiology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Pain Management, Obstetrics, and Neuro/Spine procedures.
This position offers loose supervision and requires a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of one call or late shift per week and one weekend shift per month. Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system is necessary. The assignment offers the potential for extension beyond the initial 60-day period.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and medical procedures
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures
• Manage post-operative pain and recovery
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
• Utilize Epic electronic health records system for documentation
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed
• Be available for occasional call or late shifts and weekend coverage
Additional Information:
• Texas state license required

• Ability to work independently with loose supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
