The Clinical Nurse in Endoscopy is responsible for delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care to patients and families while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Hourly Breakdown of Salary Range

Minimum: $32.69 - Midpoint: $50.48 - Maximum: $68.26

PLUS:
Nurses will earn up to $5,004 in annual department‑based differentials.

Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and apply critical thinking to solve problems.
  • Safely manage and recover patients receiving moderate to Total IV Anesthesia (TIVA).
  • Demonstrate competency in endoscopy procedures and accurate documentation.
  • Serve as a patient advocate and maintain professionalism under stress.
  • Mentor staff, participate in process improvement projects, and support change initiatives.
EDUCATION
  • Required:

    Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s Degree Nursing.
Work Experience
  • Preferred:
    Procedural experience to include, but not limited to, Endoscopy, Vascular Access, Interventional Radiology (IR), or Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Required:

    RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license. Upon Hire and
