Clinical Responsibilities:
- Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history relevant to patient care.
- Conduct physical examinations according to company guidelines.
- Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs.
- Deliver preventive medicine counseling, program counseling, and product and supplement education.
- Adhere to prescription guidelines per collaborative agreement with supervising physician.
- Maintain documentation for patient care and medication management in the EMR.
- Review patient progress and manage care accordingly.
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities.
- Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress and address concerns.
General Responsibilities:
- Review weekly weight tracker, slipping report, and KPIs to provide clinical oversight and mentor staff.
- Serve as the medical liaison at locations.
- Participate in training initiatives and serve as in-house trainer.
- Seek opportunities to improve clinical operations' efficiency and capacity.
- Develop strategic recommendations for patient experience improvements.
- Participate in launching new programs, services, and products.
- Manage projects effectively.
