This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant located in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing follow-up care, and supporting patients with liver-related health conditions. The role also includes conducting health assessments, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team, managing patient records, and educating patients about preventive care and treatment plans.

• Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Knowledge of chronic disease management, especially related to liver health
• Excellent skills in patient education and communication
• Competence in maintaining electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation
• Collaboration and teamwork in a healthcare setting
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas
• Certification from an accredited program (e.g., AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• Experience in gastroenterology or hepatology is a strong advantage
