Fertility Nurse Case Manager

Fertility Nurse Case Manager – Shady Grove Fertility, Katy, Texas

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with weekend and holiday rotations in Clear Lake and Webster, Texas. 1–2 weekend rotations scheduled every 6–8 weeks.

• Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education.
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

• Registered Nurse required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without limitations required.
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Strong customer service orientation; highly responsive to requests.
