Ashford Gardens is currently hiring an RN/LVN for Monday‑Friday 2pm‑10pm and part‑time 10pm‑6am every weekend.

• As an RN/LVN/LPN — Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the RN/LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition in accordance with nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure the highest practical well‑being is maintained by the patient.

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid RN/LVN/LPN — Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
