Resident Medication Aide

The Aspenwood Company - 5020 Kelvin Drive - Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitor residents' responses, and adhere to community infection control policies.;
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing tasks beyond routine resident care.;
Assist residents with medications as outlined in medication procedures and supervise those who self-administer.;
Maintain residents records daily, documenting medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, observations, and any changes in residents' conditions.;
Count controlled substances with outgoing RMAs, ensuring accuracy before accepting keys.
