The ideal candidate will bring experience with chemotherapy administration, demonstrates strong clinical nursing expertise, the ability to work autonomously, and effectiveness in interdisciplinary collaboration and at least one year of nursing experience.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Shifts may vary between 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, depending on business and operational needs. Some flexibility may be required.
Hourly breakdown of salary range:
Minimum $32.69 - Midpoint $50.48 - Maximum $68.26
PLUS - Nurses will earn up to $3,120 in annual department-based differentials.

Responsibilities
Transformational Leadership
Clinical Nurse leads patients, families, and care teams to meet evolving care needs.
* Organize and prioritize patient care team activities including chemotherapy/biotherapy administration, pump connections/disconnections, IV fluids, antibiotic therapy, IV starts, and rapid response to reactions/emergencies
* Ensure continuity of care through patient education and coordinated transitions across the care continuum
* Practice autonomously within scope of professional nursing practice
Structural Empowerment
Clinical Nurse drives problem solving and contributes to organizational goals.
* Participate actively in shared decision-making models at the unit level
* Identify barriers to patient care and develop effective solutions
* Build strong partnerships across the organization to improve outcomes
Exemplary Professional Practice
Clinical Nurse demonstrates high-level professional nursing practice and collaboration.
* Train, coach, and support team members to optimize patient care and resource use
* Manage and provide patient care within assigned areas
* Function in roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, clinical coach, and protocol manager
* Demonstrate clinical competency with compassionate care, technology use, medication administration, procedures, and emergency management
* Assess patient needs for nursing care and other services
* Provide coverage for Surgical Oncology and Infusion patients as needed
* Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to plan and evaluate care
