6a-2p; 2p-10p; 10p-6a.
Schedule:
4 on and 2 off rotation. Licensure:
Texas CNA License.
- Under supervision of Charge Nurse, performs direct patient care assignments related to daily living activities.
- Assists in patient care and follows federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Certified Nurse Aide license in Texas.
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese preferred.

Job ContextThis is a non-exempt, hourly position providing basic care to residents of a skilled nursing or assisted living facility. A state-issued Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.
