We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity maternal care team at a Level IV designated maternal facility
. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and long-term career growth.
3–5 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Active Texas RN license or multistate compact license
BLS certification required
ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, high-quality nursing care using evidence-based practice
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Perform patient assessments, education, and care coordination
Participate in discharge and transfer planning
Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered outcomes
Serve as a resource, mentor, or preceptor based on experience
Adhere to the Texas Board of Nursing and regulatory standards
