Job Description
Deliver comprehensive patient care within an established outpatient and urgent care setting supporting personnel within an established international healthcare program. This role practices within a collaborative clinical environment where advanced assessment skills, care coordination, and clinical decision-making contribute to continuity of care and effective patient outcomes across a diverse patient population.
The Advanced Practitioner works alongside physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support day-to-day clinic operations, urgent patient evaluation, and ongoing primary care services within an integrated healthcare program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary, urgent, and episodic patient care across a wide range of acute and chronic health concerns
- Perform patient evaluations, directed physical examinations, health maintenance counseling, and patient education
- Support emergency assessment, stabilization, and coordination of care for patients requiring higher levels of treatment
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff to ensure coordinated healthcare delivery
- Manage uncomplicated chronic conditions through ongoing monitoring and follow-up care
- Participate in clinical readiness activities, emergency response exercises, and multidisciplinary care coordination
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with established healthcare protocols and training requirements
- Coordinate with medical evacuation resources when patient needs exceed on-site clinical capabilities
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current unrestricted U.S. NP or PA licensure, certification, or registration in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
- NCCPA certification required for Physician Assistants; AANP or ANCC certification required for Nurse Practitioners
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (or equivalent) required5+ years of recent clinical experience, including at least 6 months within the last 12 months
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport.
- Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance and meet role‑related medical and physical readiness requirements
- Experience in international, military, or multidisciplinary healthcare environments.
- Experience supporting urgent care, emergency response, or multidisciplinary clinical operations
$166,000‑$166,000 per year
