Lead Registered Nurse

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Lead Registered Nurse in Houston, Texas! This role is onsite / in person.

Type: Three‑month contract, opportunity for extension or full time offer

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Pay: $45.30 to $47.30 per hour

• Coordinate patient care plans across providers, departments, and services.
• Perform clinical triage via phone, EMR messaging, or in person.
• Review labs, imaging, and clinical results and escalate appropriately.
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure pre‑op requirements are met.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow‑up care.
• Manage referrals and authorizations (especially in outpatient settings).
• Document all clinical interactions in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Serve as primary point of contact between patient, family, and care team.
• Monitor patient progress and intervene when care gaps appear.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

• Associate degree.
• Active and good standing RN license in Texas.
• Three plus years of RN experience.
• Care coordination or case management experience (1+ year preferred).
• Strong clinical triage skills.
