We are seeking an experienced and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other team members to provide high-quality care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to a team that values healthcare excellence.
Schedule and Shift Details- Flexible scheduling options
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Provide direct patient care, including examinations, prescribing medication, and recommending treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and wound care as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and education to remain current with medical guidelines and best practices.
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with 2 plus years experience.
- Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
