Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Inpatient Diabetes & Glycemic Management (Non-ICU)

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus available for qualified candidates with at least one year of diabetes or endocrinology experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or recent Hospitalist
• Specialty training provided – no diabetes background required
• Predictable block schedules
• Part-Time:
  Mon–Tue(s) + every other weekend OR Thu-Fri + opposite weekends ~12 shifts/month with full benefits

• Provide consultative inpatient diabetes/glycemic management (non-ICU)
• Independently round using established protocols
• Manage ~25 patients/day
• Participate in rotating phone-only after-hours call

• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license
• NP: ACNP | PA-C
• Inpatient experience required
• EMR proficiency
• New grads welcome
• DEA not required
• Minimum 1-year contract commitment
