Reports to: Client Service Supervisor
Job SummaryThe Pediatric Nurse Onboarding Lead plays a crucial role at Connect Pediatrics by ensuring the seamless integration of new nursing staff into our dynamic healthcare team. This individual is responsible for providing ongoing support to new nurses and ensuring they are fully prepared to meet the unique needs of our pediatric clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentorship and professional development.

Employee is in clients' homes, providing a dynamic environment for training and assessment activities. While this role includes occasional office duties, with moderate noise levels and controlled temperature conditions, the focus remains on on-site client interaction, with minimal exposure to hazardous substances. This position also involves engaging with staff and clients, potentially under stressful or challenging situations.
