Pay: $68/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do- Oversee daily operations of the NICU and ensure high-quality patient care
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff in a specialized neonatal setting
- Drive patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
- Active RN license (TX)
- NICU experience with prior leadership or management background
- Strong clinical expertise and ability to lead in high‑acuity environments
- Excellent communication and team‑building skills
