• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Supervise, support, and mentor CNAs and nursing staff during the shift
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, families, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and clinical standards
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination as needed

• Current Texas LVN or RN license in good standing (required)
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Previous Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, delegation, and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
