RN – Registered Nurse (Operating Room) – Onsite Contract

Duration: 13 weeks

Day shift only: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Shift ends at 5:15 pm. Call: approximately 4 per month, Monday‑Friday only (no weekend call). Most call work involves staying over to finish cases.

  Orthopedic (Large Joints, Spine, Hand, Feet, Scopes)
• Operating rooms: 17, Emergency department bed: 1 (non‑trauma)

  Orthopedic

  Meditech

• Number of staff: 70 (Day shift)
• Day shift staff composition: one scrub, one circulator per OR; support techs available; surgeons usually have a PA/CST/NP;
  Director/Manager/Board Runner present
• Night shift: N/A

Must have large joint and spine orthopedic experience. Preferred additional skills include expertise in total joint and spine procedures. Typical procedures performed on the unit include:

• All orthopedic large joint operations
• Hand and foot procedures
• Scope surgeries
• Spine surgeries (non‑neurosurgery)

• Scrub color:
  Ciel Blue (sky blue)
• Hospital does not provide scrubs
• Parking: free for employees and contractors

• Report to work at 6:45 am for huddle (Mon, Wed, Fri)
• No second shift relief
