RN or LVN required.

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Nurse is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality home health services by monitoring, evaluating clinical documentation, providing staff education, and overseeing compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas.
• RN BSN preferred; OASIS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of quality assurance experience in home health, with at least 2 years overall in home health care.
• Strong understanding of home health care regulations, quality assurance processes, industry best practices, OASIS, Value-Based Purchasing, and Star Ratings.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve issues; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
