Admissions RN PRN Nights

Responsibilities

Transportation/Patient Care Coordinator - Provide transportation for patients to and from the facility for pre‑scheduled appointments and help organize and direct patient and client daily activities.

Admissions/Intake Nurse (RN) Position

Responsibilities include:

• Initial triage and medical screening.
• Assessments for inpatient and outpatient programs.
• Assess, direct and intervene in crisis situations.
• Nurse-to-nurse screenings for patients transferring to our facility.
• Obtain physician orders, intake calls and pre-certifications.
• Communicate patient needs to unit nurses, physicians and families.

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Education: Graduate from a professional nursing program; BSN preferred.

Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.

Certifications: Successful completion of CPR and Handle With Care certification; certifications may be obtained during orientation.
