Regional Director of Nursing - ASC; South Kelsey - Seybold Clinic.

The Regional Director, Nursing – ASC provides operational and clinical leadership for assigned Ambulatory Surgery Centers, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. The role supports KS SC, LLC’s strategic goals by aligning nursing practices with regulatory standards, organizational values, and system-wide initiatives. The Director collaborates with ASC Administrative leaders, Medical Directors, and the Senior Director of Nursing – ASC to drive performance, innovation, and workforce development.

Ensure operational effectiveness and clinical excellence in the ambulatory surgery center(s). Collaborate with administrative and medical leaders to align nursing practices with regulatory standards and organizational values. Lead workforce development, performance improvement, and innovation initiatives across the center.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid and current TX RN license, BLS
• Previous AAAHC or Joint Commission accreditation survey experience
• Computer skills; working knowledge with Word, Power Point, EMR systems
• 7+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• Proven conflict resolution, strong analytical and leadership skills

• Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• CNOR, CASC, CAPA, CPAN certification
• Ambulatory surgery center experience or perioperative settings
• Advanced computer skills; EPIC experience

Pay will be based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors. Salary ranges from $112,700 to $193,200 annually for full-time employment.
