We are currently hiring Charge Nurses for all shifts. Please call us or walk right in.
QualificationsMust have a current Texas RN or LVN license.
Shifts- 6AM - 2PM
- 2PM - 10PM
- 10PM - 6AM
- Provides and oversees nursing care to assigned residents.
- Manage CNAs on assigned hall.
- Conduct rounds on assigned hall.
- Distribute medications.
- Perform narcotic reconciliation with incoming and outgoing shifts.
- Identify and monitor changes of condition with residents.
- Complete incident and accident reports.
- Admit and discharge residents from facility in a timely fashion.
