- Must have 1 year of recent Correction LPN/LVN experience in the last 18 months in a Rehab, LTAC, Med Surg. Correction's experience NOT required
- Active Texas or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN/LVN) required
- Current BLS Certification required
