The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong OB/GYN, Women’s Health, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, or Mother/Baby background to transition from bedside care into education.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare while mentoring the next generation of nurses.

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical instruction to ADN students
• Mentor and support nursing students throughout the program
• Promote professionalism, patient safety, and critical thinking skills
• Maintain current knowledge and clinical expertise in OB/GYN and nursing practice
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment

• Current Texas RN License required
• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree preferred, ideally in Nursing (MSN)
• If Master’s Degree is in another discipline, candidate must possess:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of six (6) graduate nursing credit hours
• Strong OB/GYN or Women’s Health clinical background required
