Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Role: Provide specialized nursing care in the NICU, ensuring the health and well-being of neonatal patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in a neonatal ICU setting
- Monitor and assess neonatal conditions, administering treatments as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Support and educate families of neonatal patients
- Valid RN license
- Experience in neonatal or pediatric critical care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations
