Multi-Specialty Surgery Center looking to bring on Nurse Administrator! Bonus and Full Relocation!
State-of-the art, multi-specialty facility performs procedures in the areas of GI, Pain Management and Colorectal. There are 4 Operating Rooms and 2 Procedure Rooms.
Job Summary- Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facility while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
- RN required.
- Strong clinical background, good leader, high level of engagement.
- Ability to build strong relationships with physicians, growth minded.
- 2+ years ASC leadership experience or direct acute care hospital OR leadership experience.
