Pay Rates- LVN Trach & Vent: $25–$28/hr.
- RN Trach & Vent: $35–$38/hr.
- Pediatric patients
- Trach, Vent care
- Stable home cases
- Night shifts (high need)
- Full-time and part-time
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs
- Perform tracheostomy care
- Learn and support ventilator care (training provided)
- Administer G‑Tube feedings
- Communicating with clinical team
- Complete electronic documentation
- Active Texas RN or LVN license
- Trach and Vent experience REQUIRED
- Pediatric experience preferred
