- Patient Assessment & Care:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, provide holistic nursing care, and notify physicians of significant changes. - Care Planning & Coordination:
Develop, direct, and evaluate individualized care plans, including patient/family education and discharge planning, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. - Treatment Implementation:
Prepare patients for procedures, implement physician orders, and ensure patient safety protocols, including medication administration. - Ongoing Evaluation & Adjustment:
Regularly reassess patient responses to interventions, adapt care to changing needs, and communicate with physicians for modifications. - Effective Communication & Handoffs:
Use Bedside Shift Report, provide thorough patient updates, and delegate tasks for seamless care transitions. - Safety & Quality Assurance:
Maintain a safe patient and work environment, promptly address hazards, and actively contribute to quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Job Requirements- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- At least one (1) year of RN experience upon hire
- Registered Nurse:
Texas, upon hire - Basic Life Support – CPR within 14 days
- Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire

Pay Range$35.45 – $55.36 per hour
