Registered Nurses (RNs) – Pulmonary

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) – Pulmonary to provide specialized care in a fast-paced critical care setting. The role involves assessing, planning, educating, and implementing age-appropriate, family-centered, and cost-effective care for patients with respiratory needs, focusing on improving lung capacity and managing complex conditions.

• Performing comprehensive patient and family assessments, analyzing situations, and updating care plans accordingly
• Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences, documenting all care activities
• Assisting patients and families with care implementation, education, and learning needs
• Administering medications and treatments timely and accurately
• Demonstrating interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and adaptability in a resource-rich environment
• Engaging in performance improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with safety standards

• Bachelor's, Associate's degree, or technical diploma in nursing; current enrollment in a BSN or MSN program accepted
• Minimum of 9 months nursing experience, including inpatient and pediatric care
• RN license issued by the Texas Board of Nursing or Nurse License Compact
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of nursing processes, unit-specific equipment, and interdisciplinary collaboration
