West Oaks Hospital is a 176-bed acute care facility offering psychiatric care, including residential treatment and multiple behavioral health programs.
ResponsibilitiesThe Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will oversee the overall quality of nursing care delivered in the facility, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate delivery systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing through MSN Program. - Licensure and certification
Required:
Current Texas State Registered Nurse licensure. CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications. - Experience
Required:
Seven years of post-master’s experience in psychiatric setting or related field; and 3 years of management experience.
