To ensure the delivery of optimal patient care through the coordination of clinical activities, staff supervision, personnel leadership/management, and unit organization. Leads and coaches the development and growth of a safety culture in the department.

• (RN) Registered Nurse license required
• Bachelors Degree required
• 3 years nursing experience in an acute care setting.
